YourAI is content-blind: each firm's matters are encrypted at rest under a key only that firm can unlock (any employee's login, or the firm's recovery key). We hold the ciphertext plus the minimum metadata needed to contact and bill the firm — never the content of your workspaces. Plaintext exists only inside your firm's isolated workspace and your own browser. Model processing runs under zero-data-retention.
